Services Terms

1. Service Renewals

  1. Website hosting, email hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and premium WordPress plugin licenses are renewed annually.
  2. Renewal invoices are issued 14 days prior to the expiration date.
  3. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date to ensure uninterrupted service.

2. Email Hosting

  1. As of 01 January 2024, we no longer offer new email hosting services.
  2. For select legacy clients, we continue to manage existing email accounts.
  3. These legacy email accounts are included at no additional cost with any active hosting plan.
  4. We do not provide support for these email accounts. If support is required, it will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

3. Renewal Rates

  1. Renewal rates are subject to change based on current provider pricing and market conditions.
  2. Any rate changes will be communicated at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

4. Automatic Renewals

  1. By default, services are set to automatically renew to prevent interruptions.
  2. If you wish to cancel or modify a service, please provide written notice at least 7 days before the renewal date.

5. Payment Methods

  1. Accepted payment methods for renewals include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

6. Late Payments and Service Interruption

  1. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, services may be suspended until payment is made.
  2. Suspended services will be reactivated within 24 hours of payment receipt.
  3. Failure to pay within 30 days of the invoice date may result in termination of services and loss of data.

7. Third-Party Providers

  1. Some services are provided by third-party vendors. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we are not liable for any disruptions or changes in service caused by these providers.

8. Refunds

  1. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not offered for early cancellation or unused portions of the renewal period.
